Can I return a product?

If it is a product of the current season and you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns as long as the product is in perfect condition and with its original packaging. You have 30 days to exchange or return.

If it is a product of the "Custom Shoes" section we do not accept returns because it is custom orders from each of our clients.

If it is a product of the "outlet" section changes are only allowed for another product of equal or greater value or we make a voucher to redeem at the web later.

What are the conditions for us to accept your return?

- That the product is intact, not used or damaged.
- Must be in original packaging along with proof of purchase.
- In case you want to return more than one article from the same order must return all at once in the same shipment

What do I return my order?

If you are not satisfied please contact us no later than 7 days after you received your order by email to info@laurasebastian.es, indicating which products you want to return and we will show you the steps.

Once I received the package in our office we will look to see if it meets the conditions previously described to proceed to payment.

How much return my order?

The customer will pay the shipping costs of returning the product.

These shipping only be returned in the event that Laura Sebastian is responsible for your disagreement with the order, as in the case of sending a defective item or a different size at which requested)

When will I get a refund?

Once I received the package and found that meets all the conditions for the return, you will receive a mail confirming acceptance of same.

The refund procedure will be activated within 30 days after we have accepted your return and will be effective immediately credit the account of the credit card used for purchase.

Can I exchange an item for another?

No, you can only make returns. In the case of a change of size or color you will have to return and proceed to a new purchase.

What if you do not accept my refund?

If the item does not meet these conditions, LAURA SEBASTIAN can keep the / items and the amount thereof.
